All reservations must be confirmed on the phone and secured with a $200.00 deposit.
The reservation can be secured by credit card. Payment for the fishing charter, minus the deposit, is collected on the day of the fishing trip in cash, by money order, by traveler’s checks, or by credit card.
Customary tip for trips that require a deckhand or mate is usually 15-20% of the total cost. Please take care of your mate!

CANCELLATION POLICY
We collect the $200.00 deposit to reserve your date and time slot. The deposit is 100% refundable if the trip is canceled 3 days (72 hours) before the trip date or if canceled by the Captain due to safety issues, such as bad weather. This cancellation is made at the dock on the day of the trip, only at the Captain’s discretion. No shows will be charged for the full amount of the trip.

Our booking policy is to meet at the agreed time and place on the boat on the day of the trip. If the Captain cancels the fishing trip due to bad weather or boat issues, we will try to rebook for a better day if the customer’s schedule allows; otherwise, we will cheerfully refund your entire $200.00 deposit.

Cancellations by customers with less than a 72-hour phone call notice, and no-shows at the dock on the day of the fishing trip, will be charged to the credit card on file for the full amount of the charter slot they have reserved. When you reserve a fishing trip, we do not book anyone else for that time slot.

NOTE: 20 minutes after the scheduled departure time will be considered a no-show, and the credit card on file will be billed the full amount for the length of the charter the customer had reserved. No Exceptions.
