Acknowledgment: By booking a trip, you legally accept and are bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you may not access the Service.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

All reservations must be confirmed and secured with a $200.00 deposit. The reservation can be secured by credit card. Payment for the fishing charter minus the deposit is collected on the day of the fishing trip in cash, money order, traveler’s checks or by credit card.

ATTENTION: The following policies apply to customers who have made a reservation online or by phone. All reservation holders agree to the binding policy detailed below. No Exceptions. All reservations must be confirmed and secured with a $200.00 deposit.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY: You agree to read and abide by our policies and to be fully responsible for meeting the stated guidelines.

All reservations must be confirmed on the phone and secured with a $200.00 deposit.
The reservation can be secured by credit card. Payment for the fishing charter, minus the deposit, is collected on the day of the fishing trip in cash, by money order, by traveler’s checks, or by credit card.
Customary tip for trips that require a deckhand or mate is usually 15-20% of the total cost. Please take care of your mate!

CANCELLATION POLICY
We collect the $200.00 deposit to reserve your date and time slot. This deposit is non-refundable unless the Captain cancels the fishing trip due to bad weather or unforeseen boat problems. This cancellation is made at the dock on the day of the trip, only at the Captain’s discretion. All other cancellations forfeit the $200.00 deposit.

Our booking policy is to meet at the agreed time and place on the boat on the day of the trip. If the Captain cancels the fishing trip due to bad weather or boat issues, we will try to rebook for a better day if the customer’s schedule allows; otherwise, we will cheerfully refund your entire $200.00 deposit.

Cancellations by customers with less than a 48-hour phone call notice, and no-shows at the dock on the day of the fishing trip, will be charged to the credit card on file for the full amount of the charter slot they have reserved. When you reserve a fishing trip, we do not book anyone else for that time slot.

NOTE: 20 minutes after the scheduled departure time will be considered a no-show, and the credit card on file will be billed the full amount for the length of the charter the customer had reserved. No Exceptions.
